70 years of evolution, continuous innovation and thermoplastic know-how serving global industrial leaders

History CIMPLASTA was founded in 1959 by Mario Rossi. The startup had its heart in the business of processing thermosetting phenolic powders as well as fiberglass.

In the 60s began the use of thermoplastic resins, which today constitute the core business ofCIMPLASTA.

In the1980s, innovation and reorganization was initiated with the introduction of technologies such as multi-material molding, IMD, IML, molding of special materials, and Heat Transfer decoration.


All activities are integrated into a flow that begins with co-design, F.E.M. analysis of filling, prototyping , all the way to the realization of the finished product in even complex assemblies.


The activities take place in a complex of 17800m2 of which 8000 are covered.
